Nestled among sports boutiques, souvenir shops, the ice stadium and Alpine resort hotels is a wonderful toy museum. Housed in a large two-storey building, the museum displays are artfully lit and beautifully displayed. Museum owner and curator, Angela Prader, is a serious collector and expert, she has acquired every item for her museum personally over the last 30 years, she strongly believes in quality and originality. American visitors are surprised to find such an amazing number of outstanding dolls, doll houses, tin toys, animals, theatres, paper toys and a unique exhibit of miniatures at eye level in three separate cabinets. ………In a corner display case stands a large and elaborate wigged papier maché shoulder head in pristine condition. Each time a new visitor comes around the corner there is a quick intake of breath as they catch sight of this beauty……With a careful eye for detail and authenticity, the dollhouses and rooms have been painstakingly furnished and populated to illustrate European life of the 19th and 20th Centuries….
