DOLLS
Through time dolls have served as a mirror to mankind, depicting people as they were or how they ideally wished to be. Therefore, dolls can give us insight into our own story; they reveal information about human lifestyles, cultures and history. The immense range of doll accessories, dollhouses and everything that goes with the doll world add fascinating details to the story.

The many dolls are one of the museum's highlights. Emphasis is put on orginality of the doll, including her clothes and her warderobe.  Dolls on exhibit are made of wood, cloth, wax, papiermaché, waxed papiermaché, bisque and glazed porcelain, Parian porcelain, rubber, celluloid, vinyl, plaster and metal.
